On August 14th, the Associate Director of Fab.nano Jorg Scholvin gave us a wonderful introduction to MIT.nano, with an overview of nanoscale fabrication processes, the challenges of work at the nano-scale and the necessity of the facility's clean rooms. Together, we stepped inside the Fab.nano facility to create our very own nanoscale wafer images.
